Roselyn Whitney, Founder and President
Rose is an SEI-Certified SCAMPI® Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor and has actively worked in software engineering process improvement since 1987. She has successfully taught and lead appraisals in 14 countries, helping organizations improve quality and productivity. After founding Process Focus Management, Ms. Whitney established PFM as one of SEI’s first Partners in 1994. She has worked closely with the SEI and currently is an SEI Visiting Scientist. Rose holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Chaw-Kwei Hung, Ph.D.,
Senior Consultant
After retiring from NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL) in Pasadena CA, Dr. Hung made it his personal mission to bring software engineering discipline to Taiwan. As an SEI-Certified SCAMPI® Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor, he has taught and led appraisals in Taiwan and the United States. Chaw has worked with leading companies to improve their engineering capabilities and success with using the CMMI as the framework for improvement. Chaw is also a Visiting Professor at National Cheng-Kung University as an advisor to graduate students in the Computer Science and Information Engineering School. Dr. Hung is also very active in PFM’s SEI Partnership activities for CMMI for Acquisition, and was recently a member of the CMMI v1.3 High Maturity team. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.
Bonniejean D. Bollinger, Senior Consultant
Bonnie’s involvement with process improvement, the US Air Force, and the SEI is legendary in the industry. She was an original member of the SEI CMMI v1.0 Product Development Team and led several of the pilot appraisals during the model development period. She received the Air Force Award for Meritorious Civilian Service in recognition of distinguished performance in process improvement. Bonnie is an SEI-Certified SCAMPI® Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor. She has consulted, taught, and lead appraisals in Asia and the US. Bonnie is also an SEI Visiting Scientist, specializing in observing candidate lead appraisers.
